We hope this newsletter finds each of you well as we move into the New Year. The ground outside may be frozen but break up is right around the corner! Please take a moment to review the information enclosed for the community.
NEW MANAGEMENT
The Board of Directors recently contracted with a new Association Manager, Dannielle Mellor, CMCA. Over the last month, she has been learning more about our community, updating Homeowner records, and assisting the Board with securing Vendors for several upcoming projects. A new feature for Homeowners is the online portal through AppFolio. This portal allows you to update contact information, pay online, apply for a property modification, and look for events and meetings through the Association calendar. If you have not yet received a portal invite or need assistance logging in or using the new system, please contact Dannielle via phone/text at (907) 764-2031 or email at vallivue@akgpm.com.
2022 DUES
Invoices for 2022 annual dues of $673.46 have been sent. Payment can be mailed or dropped off in person at 101 W Benson Blvd Suite 308. For convenience, payment can be made through the online portal. There are fees associated with online credit or debit payments, however, the online eCheck option is free. Late fees will be assessed after March 31st at a rate of $25.00 per month.
SPRUCE BEETLE TREES
Valli Vue has contracted Tall Trees to remove trees infested by spruce bark beetles within the water tank area, Tract A. In addition, Tall Trees has offered a 10% discount to Homeowners in the community who call and schedule services with them. Residents are encouraged to remove or spray infested trees. The work within Tract A will be conducted in the early spring.
VALLI VUE SPRING CLEAN UP
The Board of Directors has secured a contractor to provide services for the 2022 Valli Vue Spring Clean Up. This event allows Homeowners to dispose of green waste like grass clippings, leaves, and small branches by placing them on the roadside for pick up. As we get closer to the spring season, more information will be provided.

Valli Vue has an amazing website that provides information and resources for the community. Some of these include copies of the governing documents and budgets, meeting minutes, information relating to the LRSA, and contact information for each of the entities that provide services to the community.
