LRSA Update for Valli Vue Homeowners

Your Local Road Service Area (LRSA) will be performing ditch and roadway maintenance
beginning June 20th. The work timeframe is approximately two weeks.
Work will include:
• Tree trimming - removing overhanging branches from ditches and roadways
• Bush hogging weed overgrowth
• Excavating ditches to borough standards
• Hydro-seeding ditches after excavation
Dirt and brush piles will be temporarily left in ditches while each work component is underway.
The contractor will remove it after each phase is completed.
Work will be primarily from Crooked Tree and Round Tree down through the lower sections of
the neighborhood. East Tree had ditch work completed several years ago when roads were
repaved. That area will likely only need tree trimming and bush hogging work.
Please ensure your vehicles and guest vehicles are not parked on the street during the project.
