The Board of Directors for Valli Vue continues to focus on enforcing our neighborhood covenants. The Association Manager, Dannielle, will continue performing quarterly drive throughs to identify covenant violations and compile a report for the board to review. The first drive through occurred in March. The next will occur at the end of June. Following this, the Manager may reach out to individual Homeowners to discuss any potential compliance issues.
