Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes

1. Meeting commenced at 8:30 PM at the Church during HOA meeting.

2. Notes from August meeting were approved.

3. Changes to agenda - none

4. Repaving Project
Repaving job is nearly complete and looks good. The speed humps still need to be painted and signage installed. Some further clean-up may be necessary.

5. Speed Humps
Five speed humps were installed on Crooked and Round Tree. A home owner expressed some concern with them due to back injury and emergency vehicle access. We will request the Traffic Department clarify emergency vehicle access issue.

6. Culvert Clean-up
Main Tree culverts near intersection with Crooked Tree were cleaned out today by general contractor.

7. Financial Statements
Finances were reviewed but further clarification is needed.

8. Board Position
We're still looking for another board member to replace David.

9. New Business
It was determined we should send out a newsletter in order to identify LRSA to homeowners so everyone knows who to call for gravel issues. Russ volunteered to write a draft newsletter.
