Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes

1. Meeting commenced at 8:40 PM at the Church during HOA meeting.

2. Notes from August meeting were approved.

3. There were no changes to the agenda

4. Repaving Project
Project was completed and looks pretty good. There is one outstanding complaint that Bill said he would look into. A water shut-off valve was paved over on lower Crooked Tree and the contractor has agreed to resolve this for us.

5. Speed Humps
Five speed humps were installed and included in the resurfacing project. We received one complaint that the traffic calming devices might prohibit emergency vehicles. We looked into this and found that the police and fire departments reviewed and approved the design. The same complaint suggested that speed humps might inflame an existing back problem and we can only hope the smoother roads make up for this. A homeowner requested a speed hump study on the southern portion of Main Tree and we will request the Municipality look into this next Spring.

6. Culvert clean-up
We had our general contractor clean out culverts that span Main Tree Drive near it's junction with Crooked Tree. It turned out to be a three day project.

7. Newsletter
Russ said he would work up a draft of the 2009/2010 newsletter for review. We will attempt to mail this letter to all homeowners to identify the LRSA Board and let everyone know who to contact with Right-of-Way problems.

8. Snow Plan
The current snow plan was approved again for this winter with a few revisions. It will be posted on our website when we are all in agreement with the language.

9. Financial Statement
We are still working on getting an official statement from the Municipality.

10. Board position
We are looking for a new board member to replace David. It would be great to have someone from Double Tree or West Tree.

11. New Business
Bill and Russ met with our general contractor and the Municipality to discuss work, invoices and general costs.
