Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
May 4, 2009

1. Meeting commenced at 8:45 PM.

2. Notes from April Meeting were approved.

3. Changes to agenda: None.

4. Gravel cleanup
Some areas were not cleaned up during the first effort. A motion was passed to have our contractor to do further cleanup before and likely after HOA brush cleanup. It was further decided to request more prompt billing in order to better keep track of costs.

5. Speed Humps
A motion was passed to have the three approved speed humps on Round Tree Drive installed. They are marked with orange paint. It was decided to have these installed this summer. The traffic study for Crooked Tree Drive will be accomplished this summer.

6. Repaving Projects
CRW is preparing estimate to overlay Lone Tree Drive and associated cul-de-sacs with an option to pave Crooked Tree Drive and cul-de-sacs.

7. Financial Statement
Bill requested OMB prepare a 5 year financial analysis of our LRSA budget.
