1. Meeting commenced at 8:15 PM.

2. Notes from November meeting were approved.

3. Changes to agenda to include discussion of board seats and elections.

4. Winter Road Maintenance
Winter road maintenance seems much improved this year. Thaw cycle was very difficult to deal with and we had a few complaints. The drainage on the first cul-de-sac on Double Tree is especially difficult. Call out was slow for several reasons.

Request complaints be sent to my cell phone, 240-9092. Please call back if situation is not remedied in several (4?) hours. If I do not hear back, I assume situation has been taken care of. See website if you have questions.

5. Repaving Project
We will ask CRW to prepare bid package(s) for Lone Tree and Crooked Tree in March.

6. Speed Hump Project
Decisions are not final on Round Tree proposal but it looks like we'll get one or two Crooked Tree study will be done this spring/summer when road is clear. Speed humps approved.

7. New Business
Bill Rathke and Russell Kucinski seats are up for grabs in April. We will both be running for re-election.

Bill will check with David and make sure he's still interested in serving on the board.
