Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
August 18, 2009

Special Meeting that was properly noticed and located at Kucinski's home.

1. Meeting commenced at 6:35 PM.

2. Notes from June Meeting were approved.

3. Changes to agenda: None.

4. Gravel cleanup: Still waiting for June invoice.

5. Speed Humps
The Municipal Traffic Department approved the placement of three speed humps on Round Tree Drive and two on Crooked Tree Drive. Their locations have been marked with orange spray paint. The board voted unanimously to accept the installation of the speed humps, and they were included in the repaving project proposal.

6. Repaving Projects
The repaving of Lone Tree and Crooked Tree Drives and all their cul-de-sacs was recently put out for bid. Six contractors responded and the bid went to Roger Hickel Contracting. The board voted unanimously to accept the Hickel bid. Repaving and speed hump installations will proceed shortly. Affected homeowners will be contacted.

Clogged culverts, especially at the corner of Crooked Tree and Main Tree, were discussed and it was agreed to contact our general contractor for information and/or to do the work.

7. Financial Statement
Maury Robinson said he would give us monthly statements.

8. We're looking for another board member. It would be great to get someone from Double Tree but anyone who is interested should contact Bill.
