Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
September 1, 2008

1. Meeting commenced at 8:50 PM @ O'Malley Elementary School

2. Notes from last meeting approved

3. Changes to agenda include mill rate decision and speed hump project.

4. Main Tree Project
Overlay project went well and looks good. Invoice has been paid. Speed bumps will be painted in near future. It is against Municipal rules to paint centerline.

5. Summer Road Maintenance & West Tree
Problems with West Tree cul de sac paving were solved. A home owner was apparently very upset with not be able to get by work on Crooked Tree even though an informational letter was sent out describing work and alternate route. To date, the Muni has not accepted the invoice due to permit problems.

6. Ditches and culverts
It was decided to reinvestigate ditches and culverts next spring.

7. New Business
Speed and volume count was conducted on Round Tree to see if speed bumps can be installed. Data expected mid-October. Muni point of contact is Jennie Saterfield.

It was unanimously agreed to leave mill rate the same.
