Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
October 6, 2008

1. Meeting commenced at 8:15 PM.

2. Notes from last meeting were approved.

3. No changes to agenda.

4. Winter Road Maintenance
Contractor did not show up for meeting.

Snow plan for 2008/09 was discussed and some edits were made. Will send new draft around for final approval before posting on website.

It was decided our contract administrator and chairman should meeting with contractor to discuss winter road maintenance at earliest date.

5. Repaving Project
It was decided to repave Lone Tree with an option for Crooked Tree in 2009. Bid package will be prepared in early 2009.

It was further decided to repave Round Tree and Double Tree in 2010.

We will continue to patch West Tree for the time being.

6. Speed Hump Project
Data for speed humps on Round Tree is not available yet.
