Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
November 3, 2008

1. Meeting commenced at 8:15 PM.

2. Notes from October meeting were approved.

3. Changes to agenda include two homeowner requests.

4. Winter Road Maintenance
Kucinski and Rathke met with our contractor, WC&E, and discussed the new snow plan including when to have the roads plowed (7 AM and 4 PM) and the amount and content of gravel.

Homeowner complaint of gravel in ditch and work sign left behind were discussed and WC&E said they would take care of this but probably not until spring.

The 2008/2009 snow plan was approved.

5. Repaving Project
The Lone Tree and Crooked Tree bid package will be prepared in early 2009 by CRW.

6. Speed Hump Project
Decision on Round Tree speed hump(s) has not been made yet. Data is in and appears to be marginal for approval.

7. New Business
Homeowner requested we look into speed hump study on Crooked Tree.

Homeowner suggested brush at the Crooked and Main Tree corner was encroaching. We've had this corner brushed in 2007 and 2008 but will look the situation over again.
