May 17, 2008 Special Meeting

Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM at Kucinski residence as noticed.

1. Main Tree Project
Funds need to be committed before Muni will move on project.
Transfer from Fund Balance needs Assembly action.
Target is Assembly Meeting June 10, 2008.

Motion - Fund Balance transfer of $150K based on current unexpended budget, anticipated routine expenses and estimated cost of MTP unanimously passed.
Motion - CRW to prepare bid package, not to exceed $20K unanimously passed.

Action Item - Bill to contact Pinneau concerning FB transfer.
Action Item - Contact CRW and get better handle on culverts/ditches and maintenance.

2. Other Business

Selection of officers postponed until regularly scheduled meeting so David can be present.
