Draft Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
March 3, 2008

Present: Bill Rathke, Dave Dunsmore, (Russell Kucinski), and home owner Ben Padgett Excused Absences: Ida Dailey and Regina Sleater

A quorum was present and the meeting was called to order at 8:00 PM.

1. Ben Padgett is running for the LRSA seat that Regina is vacating.

2. Bonanza Realty has posted our LRSA information on the Valli Vue website.

3. David will ask Jerry Pinneau to prepare a bid package to overlay or repave Main Tree and associated cul de sacs. We will ask for two alternatives; a simple overlay with associated ditch and culvert work and complete pavement replacement with associated ditch and culvert work. We will look over the bid options before approval.

4. Gravel sweeping was discussed and we will try to get the roads cleaned up as soon as possible this year. We will not wait for brush clean up.

5. Our contractor will be contacted and asked to reserve some time early in the summer for road maintenance and patching. We will do a walk through and mark the repair areas with spray paint.

6. The CRW report is still in need of editing and suggestions will be forwarded shortly. We will post the report on the website when it is final.

7. We still haven’t received all invoices for last Fall’s road repairs and winter maintenance. The contractor will be contacted for this information.
