1. Meeting commenced at 8:50 PM.

2. Notes from May meeting were approved.

3. Agenda was approved with the addition of 1) CRW report and 2) Ditches & Culverts.

4. Election of new officers - voting was unanimous.
Bill Rathke is Chairman.
Ben Padgett is Vice Chairman
Russell Kucinski is Contract Administrator and Secretary

5. Main Tree Project
Proposed transfer of funds will be on Assembly's agenda
CRW working on bid package.

6. Ditches & Culverts
CRW report - ditches & culverts needs mostly hand cleaning - some high banks.
Ditch & culvert work to be done by WC&E.
Bill will write up bid request

7. CRW report is being revised further and not final.

8. West Tree - Russ will request estimate for large patch and/or repaving of the entire cul-de-sac.

9. Summer Road Maintenance - Russ will ask for estimate for 6 patches and West Tree.
