Draft Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes
January 3, 2007

Present: David Dunsmore, Bill Rathke, Ida Dailey, (Russell Kucinski) and homeowner John Garing.

A quorum was present and the meeting called to order at 8:02 PM.

1. Last month’s meeting notes were read and approved as amended.

2. The Homeowners Association agreed to provide us with space on their website to post LRSA business including, meeting notes, snow plan, newsletter and perhaps larger documents like the road study plan.

3. The CRW road study is in draft form and may be delivered by the end of the week.

4. A draft snow study plan was reviewed and approved as amended.

5. A draft LRSA newsletter was reviewed and approved as amended.

6. LRSA meeting notes, snow plan and newsletter will be sent to Bonanza Realty for posting on their website.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
