1. Meeting commenced at 8:45 PM.

2. Notes from June meeting were approved.

3. Agenda was approved.

4. Main Tree Project
Repaving bids were opened on 7/16/08 and contract was awarded to Ron Webb at a fixed price of $191,483.11.
Crack sealing was accomplished today 8/4/08.
Paving effort should start on next Monday 8/11/08.
Letter will be sent to homeowners describing the work.
Funding for CRW engineering oversight not to exceed $10K was unanimously approved.

5. Ditches and Culverts.
It was decided to re-assess possible ditch and culvert work on Main Tree after paving is complete

6. Summer road maintenance and West Tree
WC&E fixed bid estimate of $34,694.00 for 6 repairs and rebuild of West Tree cul de sac was sent to Pineau for opinion.
All but 2 of the smaller repairs will be excavated to 12", geotextile installed, backfilled, leveled and paved.
Estimates were unanimously approved for funding.
