Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
January 5, 2009

The following Directors were present:

Randy Weddle
Mike Smith
Jody Brady
Joy Kucinski
John Garing
Mark Brys

Also present was Bill Rathke of the LRSA.

A quorum being present the meeting was called to order by the Vice President, Randy Weddle, at the hour of 7:39 p.m.

The minutes of the December 1st Board of Directors meeting were distributed and reviewed. The minutes were approved as written.

Jody Brady gave the Treasurer's report:

Total Income through December 31st: $ 106,629.48
Total Expenses: $ 79,019.15
Total Assets: $ 307,749.91
Total Uncollected Dues: $ 6,830.53

The managing agent reported on a conversation with WSS requesting that the plowing contractor drop his blade to keep the berms from building up around the fire hydrants. Mike Smith reported that the fire hydrant between 6610 and 6620 Round Tree is totally buried and needs to be dug out. The managing agent will pass this onto WSS.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on February 2nd at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the library of the O'Malley Elementary School.

Being no further business to come before the Board at this time the meeting was adjourned at the hour of 7:52 p.m.
