Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
April 6, 2009

The following Directors were present:

Randy Weddle
Mark Brys
Sean Siegel
John Garing
Joy Kucinski
Jody Brady

Also present were LRSA Directors Russ Kucinski and Bill Rathke. In attendance was Bill Kranick of Northern Utilities, LLC.

A quorum being present the meeting was called to order by the Vice President, Randy Weddle, at the hour of 7:37 p.m.

The agenda was presented and reviewed. The agenda was approved as presented.

The minutes of the March 3rd Board of Directors meeting were distributed and reviewed. The minutes were approved as written.

Jody Brady gave the Treasurer's report:

Total Income to Date: $ 96,734.57
Total Expenses to Date: $ 9,592.55
Total Assets: $ 393,102.85
Total Uncollected Dues: $ 22,485.53

Bill Kranick, Northern Utilities (formerly Water Systems Services) spoke to the Board about the proposed contract from KC Corporation to blast and coat the bottom of the water storage tank. Sean Siegel moved to approve Northern Utilities, LLC as the prime contractor to blast and coat the water storage tank and sub contract with KC Corporation for the work based on their proposal. Joy Kucinski 2nd the motion. The motion was approved.

Bill Rathke reported that the LRSA is looking into doing an asphalt overlay on Lone Tree Drive this summer and possible Crooked Tree Drive. Discussion was held on when the best time would be to have the streets swept and begin the annual spring clean-up.

Bill Rathke also noted that there would probably be a vacancy coming open on the LRSA. Homeowners interested in serving on the LRSA should contact Bill for more information.

With the school closing down for the summer months the Board will start looking for alternate locations to hold the monthly meetings.

The next meeting of the Board will be held on May 4th at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the library of the O'Malley Elementary School on Rockridge Road.

Being no further business to come before the Board at this time the meeting was adjourned at the hour of 8:14 p.m.
