Valli Vue LRSA Meeting Notes

1. Meeting commenced at 7:45 PM at the Christ Church on O'Malley during the HOA meeting.

2. Summer road and right-of-way maintenance

On June 23, 2011, a drive-through of the neighborhood was conducted to identify areas needing attention. Potential maintenance included road patching, crack sealing, tree- clearing/brush cutting, culvert clearing, and drainage ditch- clearing/reshaping.

During the meeting, the board approved funding for up to $25,000 of summer maintenance work to address these areas.
